The event was hosted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland and organized within the framework of the #PolishPresidency of the Council of the European Union.

The forum featured a distinguished lineup of speakers, including Marks Prawda, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland; Michał Baranowski, Deputy Minister representing the European Commission in Poland; Katarzyna Smyk, Chairman of the Ministry of Development and Technology of Poland; Paweł Kowal, Chairman of the Council for Cooperation with Ukraine under the Chancellery of the Prime Minister of Poland; Andrzej Dycha, President of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH); and H.E.
