Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidenti İlham Əliyev “Azərbaycan Respublikası tərəfindən Avropa Komissiyasının Qeydiyyatdan Keçmiş İxracatçılar Sisteminin istifadəsi ilə bağlı bəzi məsələlər haqqında” Fərman imzalayıb, APA xəbər verir.
Fərmanla müəyyən edilmişdir ki, Azərbaycan Respublikası İqtisadiyyat Nazirliyi Avropa Komissiyasının Qeydiyyatdan Keçmiş İxracatçılar Sistemi (REX) istifadə məqsədi ilə ixracatçıların qeydiyyatı barədə təsdiq kodunun verilməsini təmin edən yeganə səlahiyyətli orqandır, həmçinin Avropa İttifaqı üzv dövlətlərindən, Norveç Krallığı və İsveçrə Konfederasiyasından Ümumiləşdirilmiş Üstünlüklər Sistemi (GSP) çərçivəsində bir tərəfli tarif üstünlüklərinin (imtiyazların) verilməsi ilə bağlı sorğulara cavab verir və bu kontekstdə digər işlərin icrasını təmin edir.
