EBRD issues AZN 50 million bond in Azerbaijan

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) will issue bonds in Azerbaijan for the first time, APA-Economics reports, citing the prospectus of the securities issuance.

According to the information, the Bank will issue bonds totaling 50 million manat.

Each bond has a nominal value of 100,000 manat, and there are 500 bonds in total.

The bonds will be placed on the "Baku Stock Exchange" CJSC and will be in circulation from October 1, 2025, to October 1, 2026. Interest will be paid once quarterly according to the AZIR (Azerbaijan Interbank Rate) index.
