Azərbaycan Avropa İttifaqının (Aİ) vacib və etibarlı enerji tərəfdaşına çevrilib və biz Azərbaycanın ən böyük ticarət tərəfdaşı olmaqdan qürur duyuruq.
Trend-in tədbirdəki müxbiri xəbər verir ki, bu barədə Avropa İttifaqının Azərbaycandakı nümayəndəliyinin rəhbəri Mariyana Kuyundziç Beynəlxalq Münasibətlərin Təhlili və Multikulturalizm Mərkəzi və LINKS Europe Fondunun birgə təşkilatçılığı ilə “Avropa-Azərbaycan münasibətləri: tarixi təcrübənin dəyərləndirilməsi və gələcək əməkdaşlıq istiqamətləri” mövzusunda keçirilən dəyirmi masada çıxışı zamanı deyib.
O qeyd edib ki, Azərbaycan və Aİ münasibətlərində dinamikanın artıdığı müşahidə edilir.
“Artan əlaqələrimiz göstərir ki, tərəfdaşlığımız yalnız keçmişə deyil, həm də xalqlarımız üçün firavan gələcəyin qurulmasına yönəlib.
Avropa Komissiyasının prezidenti Ursula fon der Lyayen Azərbaycanı Avropa İttifaqının strateji tərəfdaşı və etibarlı enerji tərəfdaşı kimi vacib rolunu qeyd edir. Azərbaycan Aİ-nin vacib və etibarlı enerji tərəfdaşına çevrilib və biz Azərbaycanın ən böyük ticarət tərəfdaşı olmaqdan qürur duyuruq. Biz "Tərəfdaşlıq prioritetləri"ni müzakirə etdik və bu sənəd üzrə işlər ilkin olaraq başa çatdırılıb. Bu sənədlər təmiz enerji, ticarət, iqtisadi diversifikasiya, və bir çox digər sahələrdə əməkdaşlığımız üçün müasir, bir çərçivə təmin edəcək”,- deyə o bildirib.
Qeyd edək ki, dəyirmi masanın əsas məqsədi Avropa-Azərbaycan münasibətlərinin mövcud vəziyyətini və inkişaf perspektivlərini müzakirə etmək, tarixi təcrübədən irəli gələn nəticə və dərsləri nəzərdən keçirmək, həmçinin gələcəkdə daha sıx və səmərəli əməkdaşlığın gücləndirilməsi üçün mövcud imkanları dəyərləndirməkdir.
