Boosting Green: Polish-Azerbaijani Business Forum in Baku

On November 18, 2024, the Boosting Green: Polish-Azerbaijani Business Forum took place in Baku, organized by the Ministry of Climate and Environment of the Republic of Poland and the Polish Embassy in Baku as a side event of the COP29 climate summit held in the capital of Azerbaijan.
The conference was opened by the Secretary of State in the Ministry of Climate and Environment Krzysztof Bolesta and Chargé d’Affaires a.i. of the Republic of Poland in Azerbaijan Michał Greczyło.
As part of the event, Polish companies associated with the GreenEvo Green Technology Accelerator presented their innovative solutions: PROTE, SYMBIONA, AGATA, DAGAS, as well as the Institute of New Technologies in Environmental Engineering and the Institute of Power Engineering. The event participants could also listen to the speeches of the President of the Management Board of the PGE Group Dariusz Marzec, Vice-President of the Polish Bank Association Agnieszka Wachnicka, Director for International Cooperation of the BGK Bank Joanna Węgrzyn and Counselor to the President of the National Confederation of Entrepreneurs (Employers) Organizations of Azerbaijan Ziya Hajili.
